I ordered this free 2 week trial system. It's a total bait and switch. I could not order the Excelatrim without purchasing the Phase 2 for 29.95. When I attempted to return both products after 3 weeks (at their suggestion) they would only accept the product back that I didn't pay for. I called my credit card co. And I am sure that I will get the credit. The packing slip clearly states that this is a weight loss SYSTEM and shows the Phase 2 as being back ordered on the same slip. Even my dispute person at Visa was confused. If you are not happy-call your credit card co. And fight it. If they won't go to bat for you-find a better credit card co. That will!
