I ordered a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo headphones in red for my son for Christmas. I never received an order confirmation but the charge was on my credit card. I contacted the company by email through the website and all I kept getting was they could not find my order. Well, the merchandise finally arrived and it's not at all what I ordered. They are Beats Detox in black. Not what my son wants. Plus, the box looks like it's been tossed around in a warehouse somewhere. There's no return address to return this merchandise. I just emailed them again to see if I can obtain this information. I doubt I'll get anywhere this time either.
