Central Support & Savings is a scam. They "Guarantee" your approval for a credit card, and then, when you actually get your welcome kit, the card is a stored value debit card, meaning you put your own money onto it. It is not a credit card. When you try to contact customer service, they are very evasive, and sometimes, your hold time is one hour or longer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION!
