There was a 30.00 charge to my checking account that caused an overdraft fee. I did not authorize this company to process a thing!
I called the company at 866-765-5097. It was answered by a person that was not understandable. The company agreed to refund 30.00, but did nothing for the overdraft fees incurred. This was taken out of a dormant checking account as well.
