Acer Australia have not replied to an email I sent 1 week ago requesting a re-imbursment for $640 I have paid for their warranty agent to diagnose a motherboard fault that required a motherboard replacement. The warranty agent - CalibreOne - couldn't even be bothered to follow this up with ACER on my behalf claiming they have never been able to in the past - (We've got your money, now piss off!)
