Ulta Cedar Hills, Beaverton 97006 store is the WORSE store ever as far as customer service goes. Just last week, when I went there and asked for help for a lip shade, no one helped me, shrugged off when I asked for an alternate lip shade and said %u201CThat%u2019s all we have, people come and use our stuff and leave it we cant do anything about it%u201D. I walked out feeling dissatisfied that no only didn%u2019t anyone help me, but they failed to show slightest empathy for the fact that they could not offer what I was asking. It seemed no one was bothered and they only wanted to run home at that time. When I complained about this on social networking websites and on their website, I got a call from some manager who said she was apologetic and would want me to get back to the store so that she could help me select a shade and also keep a goodie bag ready. After a week, I again dropped by the store to pick up a few more cosmetics, which I finally did. The manager failed to recognize me and when I asked her about the goodie bag, after making my purchases, she asked me rudely %u201Cwhich goodie bag? I don%u2019t know whom you spoke to, we don%u2019t have any goodie bag for you, thank you%u201D. Not that I was dying for their goodie bag, but I was too disappointed to be called back for nothing. I did make my purchases too, again without any help of any sort - This was height of being rude and unmoved by your customer%u2019s concern. I have been a customer of this store for the past 5 years, that I have stayed in Beaverton. But this rude behavior was most uncalled for and not only have they lost me as a customer but I will make sure that all the Asian ladies I know, who always make it a point to go to this store %u2013 I will tell them not to, unless they also wish to witness rude and cold behavior by the staff there. (Especially in the evening shifts). I will propagate as much negative publicity / review about this store as I can %u2013 as they must know what an irate customer can do to your sales. Everyone reading this, please don%u2019t ever go to this store. Get your cosmetics from Fred Meyer, Walmart or JCP instead. Not ULTA %u2013 Ever!
