Hi, I'm a regular at ULTA in Cedar Hill store #306. My experience was amazing especially with this young man Ivy. He was very kind, helpful and had great product knowledge. I dont know alot about beauty but he taught me all the tricks and trades. The product that I wanted was out of stock but Ivy showed me another product that was just as great & I love it! I hope this customer review helped pertaining to my experiences at ULTA. I dont understand how customers focus on the negative aspects when in fact they should shine more light on the positive aspects. Thank you ULTA & thank you Ivy!:)
