Im been with Direct TV for more then 5 years. They have billing problems. They call you to offert plans the will no honor or respect. I pay a protection plan and after 4 yers paying for there are charging me for services that are suppost to be cover by the plan. Im not very happy costumer. Looking to change service. The costumer service on the phone there are very helpfull neather.
