I'm very upset at Direct Tv Satelite Servic. I had been a customer for over 8yrs and with know change in service my bill kept going up for no reason at all so I decided to change to Dish network and I got my final bill from Direct tv and agreed to pay half one mth and the other half the next mth which is this mth Dec I paid faithful Nov with them taking right out of my bank and the same this mth, but I had an alert on my credit score report and they posted it to my credit report Nov 29th knowing they was taking the 2nd and final payment out of my account Dec 1st. I'm very upset at them I have worked hard to get my credit report better and I worked with them with no hesitation to pay them in 2 payments and then they posted this $77.48 to my credit report I paid $77.49 in Nov why didn't they just take there $77.48 and not report it since it was being paid and they broke there promise to me cause I told them I didn't wont any thing on my credit so I agreed to pay them they promised if I set up a payment plan in two payments it wont go on credit they LIED and I'm gonna make sure people know to choose Dish over Direct tv. The reason I changed to Dish was Direct tv took my bill up so high I couldn't afford it and I had the same plan I had got 8yrs ago there wrong to do people this way. I will post it to my face book and on sites on the internet how Direct tv. Plus Dish is so much better in there prices plus the channels they offer are great. I don't know why they had to go ahead and post this balance on my credit report and I feel it should be taken off since I have my last agreement payment paid now. Direct tv posted on my credit report 2 days befor they was to take there payment out of my account. They lie to people but the main thing is I think there upset that people are changing to other satelite companys loosing customers but there not honest with people and thats one thing about running a bussiness HONESTY IT'S THE ONLY OPTION. I think Direct tv should go out of bussiness when I ask them why my bill keeps going up they never gave me an answer and when I told them to shut it off they offered to lower my bill but it was too late after I had called and called to try and lower my bill.
