I started a loan, was "pre approved", provided them all my documentation overnight so they did not wait on me. Then I waited for them for 3 weeks to obtain an appraisal, for which I had paid $450, they would do nothing to get the appraisal done on time as requested, I missed my closing date (3 times!). Tower couldn't even give me an estimated close date, they said they were waiting on Huntington Bank, and the bank wouldn't answer me at all, just told me to direct my questions to Tower. I finally had to fire them and start over with a new company who was able to close on a schedule. After I fired them, Tower said I could close that same day, two days after being unable to even guess when I would be able to close. I of course was at work, and none of the agents or lenders had anything together to be able to close. It was ridiculous. Even after a complaint to the BBB, no real response. I have had 4 colleagues have similar situations with Tower, one nearly lost her home because of such lengthy delays. I will warn everyone of this company.
