My girlfriend ordered our books through this service. Just 4 books that said to take about 10 days to get to us. It toook 3 weeks to get to us and they were the wrong books. Books for someone in missouri or something... We live in ohio. She called them and explained they said our books would be there the following monday. It took another week after they promised they would be there. And all we got was 1 book. Called and called and said the other books were froma third party and that they could not tell us when they would be there. The arrived days later 1 at a time. If i had called them they would have left their jobs with no ass because iw ould have chewed it off. They did not offer me anything for the trouble either. Collegebookrenter.com sucks. That was my first time using them and the last.
