Ordered college books to be delivered in 2-6 business days. Ordered first thing 25 Aug. Per cust. Serv. Rep., sent out DHL on 26 Aug. Still no books on 3 Sept. Used tracking # to follow trail. Per tracking computer, books dropped off on 30 Aug @ 11:00am in KY. Called USPS to find out why books are just sitting in KY. Told the tracking is electronic notification but the books have not even gotten to KY yet. When I called Barnes & noble.com, I was told their computer says they are there. But, a LIVE PERSON IN KY told me they weren't there yet. Had to go out & pay thru the nose for USED books that cost more than the new ones ordered. Now Barnes & noble will not sent return form to be refunded the costs of the books we never got.
