I delivered my book rental for them on 12/18, this really is today 01/03... They're NEVERTHELESS stating they have not obtain my book, and therefore are getting my charge card resources to be overdue, I named the client support quantity plus they stated it will take 20-30 times to procedure a return... However they're still stating I'm late using the book... Therefore not just did I spend 66.00 to hire the book today they're getting me 17.00 on 12/30 to get a late charge and stated another may strike on 1/6!! Don't hire books from here! It'd be cheaper to purchase them! Less trouble too! RENTER BEWARE!
I believe that its unfortunate that they're preying on college students who're currently secured with price of university... Work don't rent from here!!!
