I requested The Treasury of Health Strategies from Bottom-Line Publications. The publications are extremely educational, But: listed here is my criticism. The statement doesn't have a contact address or site. No telephone number. I don't often deliver payment by U.S.P.S. I actually do many all my funds via online bank or telephone. I'd to find a yellow pages to obtain the info I needed. Once I came across the telephone number: incidentally, it's 800-678-5835, I had been ready to contact and achieved a person support affiliate, who had been very useful, and that I could makde my cost entirely. The CSA was very useful and respectful. I received my confirmation number for that cost. I questioned why there's no extra information about the billing record. CSA responded, "I get that criticism frequently and also have documented towards the organization but nothing continues to be completed to alter the payment info". That is undesirable. I work with a business in Customer Support also. I am aware the problem procedure, my organization (which providers several claims). Listens from what our clients state and produce modifications frequently to client satisfaction. It'snot challenging to include the correct info on a bill or declaration. Main Point Here isn't a little organization and personally I think they must ensure it is as simple as you can for that client to pay for a statement, demand info and transmits responses and/or grievances.
