(I thought the very first time they did certainly return my cash which the disappointment to provide was an anomaly) the 2nd period they didn't provide for unconformable factors of undeliverability - they stated I'd get a reimbursement once they product was obtained by them. Which was 2 weeks ago. I've not obtained the reimbursement plus they have shut my state-disallowing me to re-contact their customer support also by mail. They've NO client service - apart from the 'top service' per mail.
