I examine a few poor evaluations online, but purchased my couch slipcovers anyhow out of this organization. Bad Idea. The additional $40 I thought I had been preserving isn't worth the client No-support. I have to return the things abandoned as well as in original presentation. I take the horrible 20% re stocking charge and delivery reduction from my return. Nevertheless, the return target isn't shown using the product. I'm directed to contact the 1-800 number to obtain a "return product quantity" (RMN). I have been calling for 3 times (and just possess a one month screen to obtain a reimbursement), got 4 voicemails plus one live individual who stated he can't assist with results which "feel the results department. You can only just achieve them by mail. They'll email you" because it required plenty of effort and time to obtain a person about the telephone who could not provide me the RMN, I had been unsatisfied. He mentioned he might email me straight also and so I might have his contact data when the return department did not email me. More than 24 hours later, I've obtained NO emails from either party. And, he determined an extremely inflated delivery price for normal nonPriority email to withhold from my reimbursement.
