I purchased a small version Parker 51 2002 Empire State Building pencil last year. It included a lifetime guarantee. I washed the nib yesterday and unearthed that the barrel - wherever the nib adopts the barrel was damaged. I consequently discovered these pencils were badly produced. I delivered the pencil to Parker and was informed they'd not restore the pencil - actually they no further had components and maynot. Used to do not deliver the guarantee using the pencil originally since I really couldnot think it is. I consequently discovered the guarantee and delivered it towards the restoration heart.
They still claimed they'd not restore the pencil.
I'm declaring case from the organization. Could anybody available having a comparable encounter prefer to join a-class action fit? I'm really fed up with businesses getting an arm along with a knee due to their items, supplying a "lifetime warranty", after which not praising the warranty!
