Mr "attorney" felix ngati owes me $2000 and he wrote a skilled notice that inside a month-he can pay me back... A few months past by, i cant be in touch with him... He doesnt get the mobile phone... His voice mail at work is definitely complete... And the assistant is definitely toooo busy to answerphone calls... I wonder how much longer he's likely to hide and how additional people he'll cheat.
