Felix Ngati displayed in a state against somebody who struck the trunk of of my vehicle while I had been halted in december. We obtained funds in August. We obtained enough cash to pay for his costs and spend the chiropractor I'd to determine to recuperate in the physical ramifications of the incident. As much as this day (08/18/09) Mr Ngati hasn't compensated the chiropractor and pocketed the cash herself. I'm currently being prosecuted for that profit exces of 6000 dollars as the initial quantity was a little over 4000 bucks. It has greatly adversely influenced my credit. I've attempted to get hold of Mr Ngati often unsuccesfully... I truly don't understand what to complete today.
