I becoming informed by benefit Duty Support that my document by which I settled a retainer payment of $7400!!! Isn't inactive, I've been calling this office 2 to 3 times per month to obtain a up-date on my situation and all I get is whether answering device or perhaps a front-office worker that informs me the authorized division are also busy to consider my phone and also the lawyers aren't available!
I will have to document a protest using the L-A State Bar Assoc. For failure to speak and charge settlement and also the same using the State Bar assoc. I am unsure what motion their state will require but I'll also attempt to apply for small-claims in my own region because I signal the contract wherever I reside,
I'd be much more than pleased to document a combined suit with any complaint events.
