Am unsure if is scam or not

I am in foreclosure and saw this ad in my local Penny-save. I am supposed to fill out forms including a 'specific power of attorney one transaction only' along with my last $1650. This is supposed to get a lawyer down in Florida named Daniel H Fox-2875 ne 191st st adventura, Florida 33180. There is a lawyer there by that name but I cannot find this business in the BBB, the Hicksville, NY Chamber of Commerce, etc. I need to save my house for myself and my senior handi-capped mother and I do need a response and. Or a company you can reccomand is reliable. Thank you very much for your time. Sincerely mark luftig
