They care nothing about customers, employee’s professions, craftsmanship, professionalism, customer support, ethics, or other things that does not place a buck within their pockets. I worked within this business for more than 25 years and 8 with ADT. They're scum, that you don't wish to accomplish business with them or be used by them.
