On April 17,29009, I was witness to a revolting incident, at your store No. 55; your Manager, Oscar, reprimended an employee - Yveto - in a very loud voice, yelling at her in front of all customers, that "She does not know how to work!". When she tried to give an explanation, he repeated: "I don't care!" All the customers in line and at tables were looking at the scene and looked flabergasted.
After finishing my lunch, I went back to the counter to place an order to go out. I asked the cashier Nelly if the Manager was always like that, she answered: "Yes, I have been working here for a week and he is always like that!" I then told her that the Manager has no right to treat an employee like in front of customers, she agreed and said "Thank you".
I then turned to the Manager and told him he was very rude with the employee and that I would report him to the Company. He answered, "Go right ahead!", instead of apologizing. Then, Yveta thanked me.
I feel that such scenes are detrimental to the good repulation of your enterprise and demonstrate discrimination against women. And I thought you would be interested in finding out the opinion of your customers.
