Mr. Ragues preys on low income and disabled individuals. He was hired to handle a simple divorce and did absolutely nothing. Never drew up papers. Never filed papers with the court. Took my retainer and disappeared. Will not return phone calls or emails. Do NOT hire this man or his firm.
