Attention: Mr. Customer service Waste Management I am hereby writing you this letter as I am deeply saddened due to the fact that I have been terminated from my job at WM for no just cause. I know you recall a recent letter you wrote to me commending me on my great job performance on November.in accordance to the methods I was trained Sir, is how I performed my job duties & sales. I never really obtained proper training when I was hired initially. I was pretty much told overall what to do to be successful & make my sales, & I did. I need you to know that last year 2012 was an "excellent" year for me Mr. Steiner thanks to my job at WM. It so happens I am a single father of a six year old, and my father suffers from Cancer and is terminally ill. I am the sole support of my family and my job meant everything for me. I do request and implore you to please allow me to return to my position and regain my employment at WM. I was let go or "fired" due to a ruthless individual who came from Comcast company & somehow he felt I was an obstacle in his way. Furthermore, I firmly believe he has full intentions to hire friends of his and particularly replaced me. You can quote me on this Sir, I did not even take a single vacation day. I also worked 12 hour days to meet my requirements & those of our client's needs efficiently & professionally. You may also recall I am personally acquainted with Jack Casagrande, Mike Adams, & Barbara Garcia (Sales Administrator) who can vouch for me comment & affirm what I have detailed in this letter. I am a very hard working ethical individual who prides myself in the job I performed, and only seek your intervention in the matter in hopes you can allow me to return to work and once again be an asset to Waste Management, Miami, Florida. Please grant me a opportunity to come back and work there was
not probable or reasonable cause for them firing me. I was doing what my manger Martin Vasquez, Told me to do he approved and signed the contract. I was fired
over. He did not pay any penalties over this matter. I think I deserve a another opportunity to work for wm. Beause I never receving and warning. I did my job very well
