I am writing a s a very tired neighbor of the Grocery Outlet Chain store @ 5667 East Speedway Boulevard, Tucson 85712. The Waste Management truck has been arriving as early as 3 AM and it sounds like the driver is playing basketball with these huge dumpsters, slamming them repeatedly on the ground. My holiday house guests thought there was an explosion! I'm sick of it, and it needs to be addressed. Let them empty the dumpsters at a reasonable hour so the hard working neighbors around this location don't have to put up with this annoyance.
