Signing a contract with Waste Management is like getting in bed with the mob. I was harrassed and questioned and basically called a liar when I called to cancel my dumpster service. They basically refused to remove the dumpster even though I did not have a contract with them. I had to explain to them several times, we no longer required their services, but he wouldn't believe me. I was shaking and felt threatened by this person. It's a terrible company to do business with.
