I've nothing against their Designers, I believe they're excellent. It is their customer support that's totally inappropriate.
I put an order for an iPhone case-back in Sept. Sadly because of some paypal/society6 site distress, I had been billed for 3 instances. I instantly attempted to get hold of them to stop the purchase, but there's NO-CONTACT QUANTITY.
I created an attract paypal, plus they managed the challenge. The purchase was ended, and that I obtained a reimbursement, and so I visited spot the purchase again for 1 situation. The purchase experienced, and that I believed all was great. A couple of days later, I logged-on to check on the standing of my purchase, to discover that I'd been returned the total amount for that order also. After I approached them via mail to discover why, they composed some worthless justification, and essentially stated these were billed a feee from paypal, because of my challenge, and thus fundamentally these were blocking me from using the services of them again.
After damaging my new telephone, I decided I truly, really needed an incident. Etc October 25th, I'd my sweetheart location another purchase, thinking we were being sly, utilizing his title, charge card, and contact data. The Purchase was positioned effectively, but also for some cause, we did not get something. Following a couple months, we attempted calling them, since the purchase simply stated 'pending'. We've just obtained universal emails stating 'we shall contact you within 24 hours'. We've NEVER gotten any reaction. We have delivered numerous emails. And Nothing.
I Have tried calling them via Facebook, that they dismiss. I turned a buddy of the facebook page, and requested them to answer their client emails, and that I only unearthed that they removed that remark, and also have PLUGGED me from commenting on the page. Complete BS.
I've already approached the Greater Business Institution about that, and am waiting to listen to back from their website.
