I'd requested seats from Fandango and sadly had the incorrect day in it. I called cust svc and waited 2x for more than 20 units... After I asked to possibly have times transformed or return my cash, I had been knowledgeable they might do neither. I'd to repurchase a solution before they might return my cash then I'd to call-back. Horrible guidelines as well as a ripoff. I wound up talking with 3 people after which requested to get a boss (I waited about the telephone for another 17 min). Terrible cust svc. She did ultimately return my cash however it was just after I'd informed her I submitted a complaint with pay pal and also the BBB. I'll never utilize them again and that I will soon be certain and inform everybody I understand.
