I don't understand how a company can take your money and not have to answer to it

I've created 3 acquisitions on this website but just obtained 2. How all messed up is the fact that? They'll not return some of my emails, calls, or articles for their facebook. I actually donot know how a business may take your cash and never need to response to it.
