I called to set up a new medical PA. I was advised on certain documents, but these were not the ones I needed.in addition, I had to call and follow-up on my tax ID because they never did. Then, as I went forward with a new business, an advisor realized the corp. Was wrong, so I had to pay an attorney to redo everything. Legalzoom claims no responsibility and refuses any refund.
Stay away.
