i want to warn potential victims of misleading company!
Their process directs you straight to a credit card purchase of bids. The next information states to start bidding. Ebay and other bidding websites do not deduct from the amount of bids you make. Misleading and I'm sure XBids will reverse MY bank charges so I send them email that I did not win anything why would the 75.00 dollars be gone and that I wanted a refund because of their misleading company.

We apologize that you are experiencing issues with our site. Each auction is over once the time clock reaches zero and the last User to bid wins the auction. All other Bids placed on the item expire - they are not credited back to your account. You will not be eligible for a refund on those Bids. The last bidder is determined based on the records in xBids' database and xBids' decision regarding the identity of the last bidder shall be final and binding. Time is added to the auction clock to give other users the opportunity to place a bid. The additional time added is similar to the "going once, going twice... SOLD!" style of traditional auctions. The amount of time added to the clock varies between 10,15 and 20 seconds. The amount of time will be displayed to the left of the timer. Once a Bid is placed in an auction, it is deducted from your Bid account and cannot be refunded.
