Buyer beware!!! Save yourself a headache—this is a SCAM. Horrible customer service/company. Here's the SCAM: Your credit card will be charged immediately by Pinnacle marketing group, they invest your money and put you off as long as they can until they absolutely have to refund your money. If you like to loan money without being paid interest, this is your company. Google them and you'll see the same story over and over again. They hold on to your money and delay product shipment as long as possible until you give up, then delay your refund. I'm reporting to wells fargo credit card co. I was sold a Samsung washer and dryer on 3/27. They changed the delivery date twice without ANY explanation. Delivery was scheduled 4/13-18 and after those dates came and went they rescheduled on the website for 4/27-28. On 4/29, after missing the delivery date yet again and not receiving any email, I cancelled the order. 2 Open tickets were ignored. They have still not refunded my credit card ater multiple emails and phone calls (said it would take 5 business days to initiate the ELECTRONIC transaction!).
