Web site is inaccurate. It seems in the pictures revealed on the site that you're purchasing the best item in a container; the vendor actually has you enter your mailing address. Created a purchase using paypal and did not recognize I had been purchasing from an offshore Chinese merchant (red-flag) till I strike the ship transaction key. Cost is immediately within the vendors wallet. It hurts getting scammed!!!
