On January 23 I ordered 2 tee shirts online. I was immediately sent an order number to my email address indicating that the next communication would be a shipping confirmation. Of course, me account was immediately charged instead of waiting until the time of shipping. I then saw an online complaint about Planet Caravan. Upon looking into this, I found at least 15 other complaints identical with mine. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and when the products did not arrive at the estimated delivery date, I contacted Brad by email. He cited 'heavy order volume in October and November' as the reason for the delay. After further delay, I contacted him again by email. Now his excuse was product back order. Eventually, Brad quit communicating with me all together. I have had to work through my credit card company to correct this problem with Planet Caravan Music. Today is March 16 and I have never received my product nor heard from Brad at Planet Caravan Music and Comics again. Consumers beware of planet caravan music and comics. Do not buy anything from this vendor. There is a long, long history of fraud.
