Unsafe website-idealworld. TV - I went onto IDEALWORLD'S website to track my order, i couldn't believe it when someone else's details came up!!! I saw their name-address-phone number-previous orders, even their card details. Ive been trying to get in touch with IDEAL WORLD to tell them what happened, what a joke that company is! Their customer service is none existant-after being kept on the phone for 7 mins-pressing buttons & hash keys, i was told "the line is busy - #039;GOOD BYE"!!! And to think they have my details-if i could get hold of someone to speak to, i'd cancel my account-PRONTO! Beware.- (sorry-that should be-idealworld. tv).
