Un additional companies that send out tooth whiteners you never ordered (or didn't know you had)

They advertise $395 trial offer, but you must read very fine print that they are allowed to send other whiteners under other names. Tried to call the # on my statement, and surprise surprise, disconnected. Real reputable company!
