Scam letter

Hi, my name is randall pugh, and that i only received this letter within the mail from anc. I have not delivered no money plus one explained to test involved with it before i deliver anything. I was right, it appears as though a fraud, which is a scam. I was result in file a in it, despite the fact that this is my first time obtaining a letter from them. I hope these individuals get caught and put behind bars for this type of prank. Thank you randall c pugh
