Deceptive, Lying... Promised parts with the purchase of a car but never delivered parts

I purchased an 85 Mercury Capri ASC/McLaren from Randall in June. I was promised side skirts, passenger side door glass, and a center console cover with the purchase of the car. All of the items were said to be from another McLaren. Randall said he must go see his "Mclaren Guy" to get these parts. That was the reason he did not have them with him at the time of purchase. He promised them to me in a week. Months and months passed and after repeated attempts to try and get the parts from Randall, I temporarily gave up. I stopped by his house, shop, mother's house, and called his phone repeatedly. I still to this day, July 8, have not received my parts. I was told by several people that Randall was a sleazy scumbag. I was warned after the fact to never trust a word that comes from his mouth.in fact, someone once told me how to determine if he was lying..."His mouth would be moving!"
