Will not return my money

I delivered money with xoom, didn't reach its location, today they say they're returning it, but that's 2 months before.

These folks should be arrested for scam, they're thieves, i don't know how to proceed, the funds they say have been sent but i never see them.

To anyone available please don't use these folks, they're shady rest and grab.
