Requested an airsoft gun for my boy. Attempted to contact them regarding purchase. They've an internet contact - that will be usually "offline". Telephone HASN'T been acquired. Choice to keep information, that they never return. They never react to mail. Several, many others have sounds related grievances. Avoid hobbytron!
