Someone managed to steal my credit card information and was able to make a purchase at this website and one other. The other vendor has already refunded my money but NOT Hobbytron.com. I have been unable to reach anyone at their customer support number which always places you on hold for about ten minutes then dumps you to voice mail, and leaving numerous voice mails and emails has resulted in not ONE SINGLE person returning my call or email. This is incredible and those who actually purchase something here are also apt to meet the same useless customer service ethic.
Don't you love companies that rip off the disabled and exploit children?
