I requested some products on Sunday (4/12) like a present for my cousin. There have been 3 delivery choices - Normal shipping (7-10 business days), Communicate Shipping (Shipping by 4/16) and Very Fast Shipping (Shipping by 4/14). Because the birthday was 4/14 - I settled an excessive amount of cash to protect the price of 'super fast' delivery.

On Tuesday (4/14), I observed the purchase was nevertheless 'in procedure' and delivered an email out towards the customer support division requesting exactly what the problem was. I acquired an answer showing it 'must' deliver THAT TIME - your day it had been said to be shipped
