Charged my credit card without authorization

Many years ago I subscribed to pogo.com via AOL... Since then I have not used POGO in a few years, out of the blue my credit card is charged $39.99 without my authorization what so ever. The site that was given to my credit card was www.EA.com.ca. Just before the site on my billl it posted ONLINE GAMES POGO/EA. PLEASE ALERT myself and hundreds of others this has happened to without Our authorization, as to what can be done to have this removed from my credit card.
