I ordered an item online in November with express shipping. When I learned a month later that it still hadn't shipped, I tried to cancel my order repeatedly. They refused to cancel and eventually sent it. Then they refused to refund the shipping charge. If you order from this company, be aware that they don't care about the customerwww.warmbiscuit.com
