Kept taking money out of my account

I went to apply for a loan online with them they took the initial fee of 19.95 out of my bank account twice and never gave me a loan. I e-mailed them 3 time and they never returned my e-mail. I said in the e-mail either you give me my loan or stop taking money out of my account. Outher people are saying that they can't stop them and I believe them. So don't do business with them don't even look on they're website or they will charge you for it...
