I ordered the Google Treasure Chest CD just out of curiosity and since it was only 1.97 to order it, I didn't think it was a big deal. Got the CD, have yet to put it in, but today noticed an unauthorized charge for $72.21 on my bank account from this company. I called the # provided on the package that the CD came in 866-951-1406, was not on hold for more than 5 minutes. Talked with an associate and told him my situation and asked what the charge was for. He said it's a membership fee that is charged 10 days after you receive the CD, I was completely unaware of this. I told him I want to cancel and get my money back and he provided me with a cancellation # as well as an RGA # (return goods authorization). He told me that I need to write a note with my wish to cancel and provide these two numbers and mail it with the CD back to the company and once it is received, my money will be refunded... We will see. He said it needs to be mailed back within 10 days. My suggestion to anyone else with this issue is to call the 866 # I provided and cancel everything with them. They will provide you with a cancellation # and an RGA # and also the address to send it back to. I feel like a complete idiot for even trying this... Lesson learned for sure... Just hope nothing else happens!
