What they do not disclose is that when you fill out the form to pay the shipping fees you submit a request for membership to the website.in order for you to decide whether you want the trial period to initiate you must see the product either the website to which the membership grants you access to or the product. What you think you bought is really thin air what makes this a scam.

On the other hand, simply paying the shipping fees does not make you a member since it is not mentioned that you are applying for the trial when you fill out the form in the first place. If you feel like you are not protected by this clause read the first two sentences in order to understand that there is no trial period which you think you authorized in the first place.

It is not the policy that forces you to become a member and pay extra charges, its your ignorance, your fear of the company and inability to see the flaw in their terms.

This practice is illegitimate since the policy is not inline with the order you are placing. What they are doing is not even negative option billing since you are not buying a product, basically they are stealing your information and identity theft is a criminal offense. File a complaint with FTC. Gov, 1-877-382-4357 and the FBI ic3. Gov Phone no. 1-800-243-0600. YOU WILL GET HELP!
