Medi Colon Cleanse offers a "free trial" for the cost of shipping.in very small print prior to submitting your order, it gives a 1-800 number and says you have 14 days to call and cancel or you will be charged $88.93. What that small print does not say is they count the 14 days from when you place your order and not from when you receive your product!!! There is also no option to print the policy so you have the number, and it is not emailed to you. When you go back to the website, the only way to access the number is by completing the trial form again only do not click submit! The representative I spoke to (after a 1/2 hour hold time) told me, "We never said in the policy that we would email you a copy. You should have written the number down when you signed up." He was quite rude and pretty much told me I was an idiot for buying into the product that he was using to make his living!?
I received the product on a Friday, and by Monday my account had been charged! It took so long to receive the product I actually thought it was not even coming! I would advise anyone who even thought they might like this product to ask your doctor or Pharmicist where you can buy it in a store. The actual product was good, but their business practice left a bad taste in my mouth!
