I first observed on my Dec charge card record, dated 01/05/09, a cost within the quantity of $16.95 from the PRIME-TIME. I asked my charge card organization, not recognizing that I ought to have named the phone # for PRIME-TIME as provided on my assertion. Again, recently, on my 02/04/09 declaration, there's another $16.95 cost. Recently after I experimented with contact PRIME-TIME at their California #, I had been hung-up on two times as quickly when I requested "what's this about?", so when I attempted the 3rd period, it had been as though it were a saving with someone performing as though these were about the point to become of help. This contact was again a hold-up. I subsequently named the # in FL, got an individual [somebody from the title of Katy Williams? ]; I could not truly understand why I had been being charged???!!! I'd like one to realize that I'm truly annoyed since I've NO remembrance of actually producing any type of contact, not to mention contract, with this specific company. Furthermore I've comparable costs on equally month's declaration from the SIMPLE SAVER (800-262-6199) (doctor), along with a restroom *VALUE ADDITIONALLY (800-475-1942) (MN). Again, I've no remembrance of creating contact, or producing any type of agreement with possibly SIMPLE SAVER or with WC*VALUE PLUS. I'm likely to provide these costs towards the interest of Consumer Advocates in MA.
